Del Wright - Founder & Executive Director

Del Wright loves serving as a missionary to men across Nashville and beyond. He’s deeply connected and committed to the local church. Del became a follower of Jesus Christ through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), while playing football at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He went on staff with FCA, immediately following college, where he graduated cum-laude with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Del served 27-years on staff with FCA, most recently as a Vice-President of Field Ministry. He also earned a master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary. Del is an Executive Member of The John Maxwell Team and is President and CEO of Wright Way Leadership.
Del and his beautiful wife, Anna, have four daughters, a son-in-law and reside in Franklin, TN.
Mark Stout - Board Chair (2023)

Mark Stout is a servant of the Lord. Father of seven children and grandfather of two. He spent 32 years with Nissan Motor Corp. Twenty-seven years based in the United States and five on Foreign Service Assignment at Nissan’s Global Headquarters in Japan. He held various positions of U.S. Human Resources oversight and was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the America’s Region. In Japan, Mark served as the Head of Global Talent Management and finally as Co-CHRO Global Nissan. Mark has been involved in various community organizations such as United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, the Japan-American Society and Southern Tennessee Medical Center-BOD. Mark currently serves as Board Chair for Missions Development International and serves at his Church (Church of the City-Franklin).
Mark earned a bachelor's degree in public administration and economics from Middle Tennessee State University. He loves spending time with family, playing music, running and snow-skiing-every chance he can.
Rick Carmona - Board Member (2023)

Rick brings over 25 years of experience in IT Consulting and senior leadership roles, but his deepest passion is building Christ-centered men. He has led teams through complex challenges in both business and ministry, always anchored in Biblical truth and servant leadership. His experience spans Enterprise Technology Transformations, mentoring, and launching ministry initiatives that equip men to walk in their God-given identity. As a board member of Band of Brothers, Rick offers strategic planning, and a heart committed to discipling men through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Rick and his beautiful wife Martha have three children and six grandchildren (one in Heaven, our beloved CJ). Their greatest joy is raising up the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
Jack Wickham - Board Member (2024)

Jack and Debbie live in Clarksville, TN, have four children and five grandchildren, and attend First Baptist Church Clarksville. Jack currently leads a Senior Couples Connect Group.
A graduate of Austin Peay State University. Jack built his career in construction products distribution, homebuilding, and real estate investments. Charitable board service includes Valley District Civitan, Austin Peay Governors Club, Clarksville Homebuilders, First Baptist Endowment, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Dr. Chris Watson - Board Member (2025)

Chris has been practicing dentistry/orthodontics in Charlotte, NC for the last 26 years. He co-leads a thriving multidoctor office in the greater Charlotte Metro. Having served as the board chair for Charlotte Metro FCA, and a regional board member for FCA Carolinas Region, Chris has intimate experience serving in a ministry advisory capacity. He has also been involved with numerous medical/dental mission trips and fundraising for the local pregnancy resource center.
Chris has four amazing daughters, ages 14-20. Two are in college at Lee University and Liberty University. He owns his “girl dad” status, but is excited to be a part of a growing Band of Brothers!
